6.2 Scope of Access

We access only the data necessary to provide the Service functionality you enable. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

6.3 Google API Compliance

Our use of Google APIs complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for advertising purposes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding Your Data), is owned by Travy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes. You may not:

DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
